Great headset for the following reasons:
>Very reliable. Not one repair issue in nearly 4 years of constant use. >Very easy set up. Although I could not get the computer to dial. >No interference from other wireless devices. >Fairly long battery life. Maybe 3 to 5 days with lots of use. I have had this unit for 3 years and I might need a new battery. >Neat battery life indicator >I use the over the head holder which is very comfortable >I use the GN1000 handset lifter which is a little touchy. You have to get the right phone. >Range is good, probably 75 to 100 feet. >Has not failed as yet. >Very good sound quality according to my customers. >You can adjust volume up or down right on the earpiece >Fairly long life after low battery indicator starts beeping in your ear (the other party cannot hear that)
